[Scheduled] – Laborer Conference, academic year 2025–2026

• The Laborer Conference aims to promote employees’ ownership, collective strength, and creativity; while facilitating and organizing dialogues in accordance with Decree No. 60/2013/NĐ-CP dated June 19, 2013 of the Government. Through this, employees are ensured the right to be informed, to participate in discussions, and to supervise matters related to their legitimate rights, interests, obligations, and responsibilities, as well as those of socio-political organizations within the University, in order to best accomplish the tasks of the 2025–2026 academic year.

• By practicing direct democracy at the Laborer Conference, the University seeks to build a harmonious and stable working environment, contributing to the prevention and reduction of labor disputes, ensuring democracy within the legal framework, and fostering a strong and sustainable institution.

• The collective labor agreement will be signed between the Employer and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union (representing employees), thereby affirming written consensus in accordance with regulations.

• The labor and innovation emulation movements of all units in the 2024–2025 academic year will be reviewed, and new emulation movements for the 2025–2026 academic year will be launched.
