The Center for Information and Resources, formerly the Library of LHU, was established in 2000. At that time, the Library was a Division under the Office of Academic Affairs with the functions of managing books and serving the borrowing and returning of books. From 2003 to 2006, the Library was separated from the Office of Academic Affairs into an independent Department. In late 2006, the Library was upgraded into the Center for Information and Resources. Early 2007, the IT Department was merged into the Center.

Functions
The Center has the function of advising and assisting the Rector to organize and manage fields: library; network system; software development; information and computer labs,... serving the management, training, learning, scientific research and technology transfer of the University.

Responsibilities
12. Supervise and support lecturers and students in the process of using the computer rooms.
Currently, more than 85% of the Center's staff have completed the Master's training program. Over the years, along with the outstanding development of the University; the Center's personnel have constantly improved their academic skills, implemented highly applicable projects, properly fulfilled the Center's functions and tasks and become a powerful support unit for the overall development of LHU.
