Connecting Human Resources with Japanese Businesses – Career Orientation Opportunities for Students
On June 18, 2025, Lac Hong University, in collaboration with the Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority, organized the "2025 Human Resources and Networking Event for Students and Japanese Businesses in Dong Nai." This practical event was designed to strengthen the connection between academic institutions and businesses, providing students with direct exposure and clearer career guidance.
Broadening Perspectives, Increasing Career Opportunities
By attending the event, students from the Faculty of Information Technology (IT) had the chance to gain deeper insights into the working environment at Japanese companies. This included learning about recruitment requirements, specialized skills, and the professional attitudes and corporate culture that are crucial for their career journey after graduation.
Through these networking activities, students gained a realistic view of the international labor market, especially in the technology sector, where professional competence, discipline, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
Internship and Career Opportunities in an International Environment
The event allowed IT students to directly connect with Japanese companies looking to recruit software engineers, programmers, and system technicians. They received specific guidance on the requirements and responsibilities of each position and had the chance to be interviewed on-site.
