On the morning of May 22, 2025, at Facility 1 of Lac Hong University, the Moonshot Buildathon 2025 officially kicked off. Organized by Luna Base AI in collaboration with Lac Hong University, the event provided an inspiring and creative playground for students from the Faculty of Information Technology. With the theme "Your Idea, Our AI, Launch Faster," the program not only ignited a spirit of innovation but also gave students a practical opportunity to turn bold ideas into software products in just one day using advanced artificial intelligence technology.

A special feature of the Moonshot Buildathon was that students got to directly interact with LUNA, a comprehensive AI platform that allowed them to plan, code, test, and deploy a complete website in just 8 hours. By "conversing" with LUNA, students didn't need to write traditional code to create impressive tech products, opening up a groundbreaking new method of software development.
Throughout the event, students from the Faculty of Information Technology were encouraged to be creative, come up with unique ideas, and bring them to life with the support of LUNA AI. From designing web applications to developing tech solutions, every participating team had the chance to test their skills in a real-world environment where ideas were heard and actualized. In addition, the program also offered opportunities to win cash prizes, internships at Luna Base AI, and exclusive "cosmic-futuristic" themed gifts. Moreover, the Moonshot Buildathon provided a platform for students to connect with a community of pioneers, from developers and mentors to tech innovators across the country, helping them build a supportive network and enhance their portfolios with practical projects, ready to lead in the AI era.
