LHU honors over 620 new graduates and spreads love at the 2025 graduation ceremony

A solemn and heartfelt graduation ceremony, the second of 2025, took place on November 29, 2025 at the Eros Palace Convention Center, marking an important milestone in the academic journey of more than 620 LHU graduates. The event not only celebrated the students’ dedication and resilience but also carried a meaningful humanitarian message through the program "One card given, one new page written” aimed at supporting students in regions affected by recent floods.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Do Thi Lan Dai – Chairwoman of the University Council; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh – Vice Rector; members of the Party Committee, the Board of Rectors, and leaders of various departments and centers, along with the parents, families, and friends of the newly conferred Doctors, Masters, Bachelors, Engineers, Specialist Pharmacists I, and Pharmacists.

In this second graduation phase of the year, LHU conferred degrees to more than 620 graduates from seven faculties: Postgraduate Studies; Faculty of Information Technology; Faculty of Civil Engineering; Faculty of Finance and Accounting; Faculty of Pharmacy; Faculty of Science and Food Technology; and Faculty of Administration and International Economics. Among them, the University honored 14 outstanding valedictorians.

One of the most emotional moments of the ceremony came when more than 620 new graduates placed a hand over the heart, bowed their heads, and silently honored the boundless sacrifices of their parents.

Also at the event, new Pharmacists took part in the medical oath ceremony. This solemn declaration is both a meaningful tradition and a milestone that affirms their maturity and professionalism of each new Pharmacist.

Adding to the joy of graduation, this phase’s ceremony embraced a message of compassion through the program “One card given, one new page written”. Participants contributed by purchasing congratulatory cards priced at 20,000 VND each. The program received generous support from parents and graduates, with more than 440 cards sold. All proceeds will be used to provide school supplies, backpacks, and writing materials for students in regions affected by natural disasters.

The 2025 Graduation Ceremony concluded in an atmosphere filled with pride shared by the new graduates, their families, and the entire academic community. Its success not only marks a significant milestone in the students' academic journey, but also reaffirms LHU's noble mission talents, and fostering a generation of well-rounded individuals equipped with knowledge, integrity, and a strong spirit of contribution to society.
