Students of the FFA Participate in a Practical Field Trip at Lixil Global Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd.

On the morning of October 9, 2025, the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Lac Hong University, organized a field trip and practical learning session for students of class 23KT111 – Accounting major at Lixil Global Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd., located on D1 Street, Long Duc Industrial Park, Binh An Commune, Dong Nai Province.

The activity aimed to help students gain real-world exposure, bridge the gap between theory and practice, and enhance their understanding of the professional working environment in the accounting and industrial production sectors. This was one of the key components in the Faculty’s teaching plan for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.

The delegation included 65 students from class 23KT111, accompanied by faculty members and staff, including Ms. Le Thi Thuy Dung – Specialist from the Internship and Corporate Relations Office, Ms. Lam Ngoc Nhan – Academic Advisor, and other lecturers from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting.

At the company, students were welcomed by representatives of Lixil Vietnam, who introduced the company’s history, scale of operations, management model, and modern production lines. Students also had the opportunity to visit the factory and directly observe production processes, as well as financial and accounting management practices within a global manufacturing enterprise.

In addition, students engaged in interactive discussions with company representatives, posing questions related to cost recognition procedures, internal control systems, financial reporting processes, and the professional competencies required of accountants in foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).

At the end of the visit, representatives of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting presented souvenir gifts and extended sincere appreciation to the Board of Directors of Lixil Vietnam for their warm welcome and support in facilitating this educational activity. The session concluded with a group photo session, capturing memorable moments of learning and engagement.

The practical field trip to Lixil Global Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. provided students with valuable hands-on experiences, helping them to better understand the role of accounting in manufacturing enterprises, develop essential professional skills, and build a clearer career orientation for their future endeavors.
